The Production & Installation Process
OmnAvia Interiors partners with REX Aircraft and leading refurbishment centers to bring your vision to life. Together, the teams handle the complete substrate creation, texture application, and material finishing process.
Here’s how it works:
- Panel Removal and Shipping: The refurbishment center removes the aircraft panels intended for Versalles application and ships them to REX Aircraft’s Miami, Florida facility in a protective crate.
- Texture and Material Application: REX Aircraft applies the selected Versalles design and finish materials with meticulous craftsmanship.
- Return for Installation: The finished panels are securely packaged and returned to the refurbishment center for final installation in the aircraft.
During the process, photos and videos of the panels will be shared, verifying the design and finish materials are correct.
